Kentucky Senate Bill 90 (SB90)-Behavioral Health Conditional Dismissal Program
This legislation allows eligible defendants (charged with certain non-violent, non-sexual misdemeanors and Class D felonies) to receive treatment for substance use and/or behavioral health disorder as an alternative to going to jail.
Currently available in Letcher, Christian, Clark, Daviess, Greenup, Hopkins, Kenton, Madison, McCracken, Oldham, and Pulaski Counties.
